Hi Manan, Mechatronics is a in-demand field in Canada. Various opportunities are available in a wide range of sectors from automotive to aerospace. In addition ample scope is available in research and teaching. You can consider applying for the P.Eng or Professional Engineering designation for brighter prospects. Chances of getting job now depends on your own skills and qualification. You must maintain a good academic record and must show enough competency to impress potential employers. Best of Luck.

Dear Manan, in addition to Ms Pallavi, I wish to add that you must score high academics & develop good repo with teachers who generally can recommend you for jobs. As Canada is a PR oriented country with lots of job prospects but of course how well you communicate/demonstrate your knowledge earned is going to fetch you a job.
