What are my chances to get a seat in SASTRA University in 2nd round of counseling? I got 953 rank in 2nd stream.

I think you cannot get a seat at SASTRA University as you rank is not enough to have a seat. The 2nd round of counselling will be held after June 22. It also depends on the seats available. You can check the availability of seats on June 21 and 22nd from www.sastra.edu which will be updated later.
