What are my chances to get admission in Germany for Masters? I have got overall 6 band in IELTS.
I have got 69.4% in my B.Tech mechanical engineering. Can you provide the list of universities as well?

Unfortunately, your percentile is not fit for a German university, they prefer more than 80% generally. Check universities in Australia. If you are keen to study in Europe, you can check France, Netherlands, Ireland, etc.
