What are my chances to get admission in IITs and IIMs with 9.4 CGPA in 10th, 87% in 12th and 7.5 CGPA in B.Tech?

I am expecting 87 percentile in CAT and I belong to OBC girl category.

You have chances in most of the IIMs but not in FMS. Your conversion to IIM depends 65 to 75 percent on your CAT percentile and 25 to 35 on your profile i.e. your communication skills, your academic record performance in GD PI etc. Your academic is strong.
