What are my chances to get admission in MIT for MBA? I have scored 87.35 percentile in MH-CET.

There are very less chance. Last year, it was 92 percentile.
Even, Indira Institute of Management cut off was near about 90 percentile. You can go for Indira School of Business Studies.
