Your chances depend on your scores and your performance in GD/PI.

Can you please mention your percentile so that I can advise you further? Edit : It is almost impossible to get into SIES with a percentile of 95 as the last year cutoff for MAT was around 99.87 percentile

Chances are there as you have above 70 percentile which is minimum requirement for appearing in GDPI. Your selection will depend on the performance of GDPI. So, let's be positive and start preparing for that.
