What are my chances to get admission in SIESCOMS through ILS seats with 96.93 percentile in CET? When will the admission begin?

ILS cutoff last year was around 96 percenttile. But ILS cutoffs are highly unpredictable. It can go above 98 percenttile or even come down to 95 percenttile. Nothing can be said at this moment. You have to wait till the cap rounds start to get a fair idea about the cutoffs. Good luck -
Good chance because last year's ILS cut-off was 97 just wait till the last Cap round and keep checking the website so that you will be informed about ILS.
