What are my chances to get into MANAGE, Hyderabad? I have got 44 percentile in CAT.

With this score, the chances are almost nil. I would suggest, you should attempt one more time and try to score a better percentile. Give your best, don't settle down. Also, take other exams like MAT and XAT.

The CAT cutoff for MBA in MANAGE, Hyderabad is 75-80 percentile. Your score is too low.
