What are my chances to get selected for University of Saskatchewn, Canada? Which are the other affordable universities in Canada?

I have done B.Tech in mechanical from NIT, Jalandhar with 72%.

Fees of the University of Saskatchewan is very low but it is one of the most reputed universities of Canada. Since your score is average, you must try to score over 6.5 bands in IELTS exam to get admission there. All the best.

Hello sir, My cousin who is in Canada told me that despite having 7.6 CGPA, I wont be able get admission in any university for MS. Will my marks of 10th and 12th carry any weight-age. I got 9.8 CGPA in 10th and 95.4% in 12th class.
