What are my chances to getting admission in University of Ottawa, Simon Fraser University & University of Western Ontario?

What about University of Alberta, University of Saskatchewan & Concordia University? I got 7.8 CGPA, 7.0 in IELTS, have not applied for GRE & want to do MS in computer science in Canada.i had 3 backlog in 1st year which was cleared in 1st attempt..none of them was of my core subject

MS in CSE is a very competitive course, and all the colleges/universities you have mentioned are under SPP. SPP courses get high number of applications, so it becomes even more competitive.
