What are my chances to make into IIM -A ,if I clear the cut off percentile and have a good extra circular certification? I am a fresher.

Hi Shivam,
In addition to a good percentile you need good 10th, 12th and undergrad scores. After that it is upto you and your preparation for interviews. Being a fresher or not does not make a difference. Extra curriculars will help during interview as good conversation points.
