What are my chances to study in USA if I have scored 5.8 CGPA in BE electrical engineering?

Of course you have got quite less score. See, if there are more students who wish to join a particular Institute, obviously cutoff will rise. If less students apply then cut off too gets lowered. I feel you need to select Institute which attracts less students for better chance of getting admission.
