What are my study options after B.Sc (PCM) except M.Sc?

You can do MBA, LLB, Master in Social Works, Master in Mass Communication, lateral entry admission in the 2nd-year of B.Tech, etc.

You can do MBA according to your major otherwise concentrate in extra curricular activities.
