AIIMS Nagpur is a new college that started in 2018, and the first batch will pass out in 2023. Therefore, there are no reviews on placements yet. However, the infrastructure of the college is amazing, and it is spread over 125 acres of land and comprises an OPD building, an IPD building, a medical college building, an indoor and outdoor sports area, a residential area, a mess, and so on. The campus has Wi-Fi, and the mess serves delicious food at nominal prices. Hostels are provided with a washing machine and a water cooler on each floor. In September 2018, AIIMS Nagpur commenced its academic pursuits by enrolling its inaugural class of undergraduate MBBS students. After the establishment of the outpatient department in September 2019, functioning in-patient services were introduced in February 2020.
Since then, the organisation has not turned back. AIIMS Nagpur responded quickly to the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic, offering diagnostic services, treatment, immunizations, and laboratory expertise throughout the state while building much of its infrastructure from the ground up.
