Yes you can go with any field. as per your interest B.tech in aeronautical engineering is good for u.

You can join any of the course in BE or B.Tech,But better to go with Mechanical itself

Hi For taking admission in B.Tech, you must have done at least 3 years diploma after 10th in any branch of engineering so you have a choice of pursuing any branch like mechanical, metallurgy and mechatronics. Some colleges take admission through lateral entry exams like Joint Entrance Examination
