Hi Sagar. You must be a graduate in any stream. Age is 21-30 yrs . You can attempt 4 times in different years. You must select a subject in preliminary and another subject in main examination.General Knowledge should be vast. Applications for the same comes in the month of Dec and Jan in the employm
