what are pros and cons of regular vs distance education

what are the advantages and disadvantages of doing bca from distance education (sikkim manipal univesity) over a regular university. can i get a job in MNC after doing bca from distance education?? am i eligable or not?

if you acquire any regular degree you get many new experiences and learn in the guidance of trained and experienced faculties, while in distance u have to do everything, you can not get expert suggestion and guidance. that is good for them who are doing job but for a student they should go for regul
