Hi, Admission to B.COM (H) at Christ University will be based on personal interview of candidates short-listed on merit. Weightage for selection will be 60% for marks in the qualifying examination and 40% for performance in the selection process. Technical 2. General As far as technical questions are concerned, that really depend upon the nature of program you have applied for and various other parameters like your resume, education qualification, prior work experience etc. Second category shall have questions like- Tell me about yourself. What are your strengths and weaknesses? Why do you want to study at our college? What are your goals? What motivates you to do good job? What makes you angry? What are your career options right now? What are your outside interests? What was the toughest challenge you have ever faced? Where do you see yourself five years from now? On a scale of one to ten, rate me as an interviewer.
