If your aim is to make global cv to be recognised globally then top most universities/colleges of Canada should be considered and doing MS in CS will be worthful. This may cause you huge expenditure therefore you should be financially in a position to afford it. If your aim is to get PR and settle over there, then you need to apply for PR.
