What are some colleges in Europe (other than Germany) offering English-taught Master's degree courses in engineering free of tuition fees?

Hello Pranoy,
Unfortunately, there are none for international students. Even in Germany, Master's degree are free only in limited public universities, but extremely competitive. If you have a very good profile, you can hope for scholarships.

There are no colleges of your choice, but you can search for Scandinavian countries as there are many scholarship options available. The courses are also taught in English.

Hi,
No colleges are offering free education today. You might get scholarship with academic & experience profile. In Germany also, free education limited to public schools.

Hello,
For zero tuition fees, you can also look for universities in Norway, there is zero tuition fees. But keep in mind that the country has very high cost of living.

The foreign studies in Europe are more expensive and I think it is not good to study for further studies.
