What are some decent Private/Gov Universities that I can join if I have 58k rank in JEE Mains and I want CSE.

Preferred location is near Delhi, however I'd prefer a better college even if it is not close. I am applying for JoSAA JAC Delhi and GGSIPU allocations. Is admission in universities like Thapar Possible? What are some colleges I should apply for?
