What are some efficient add-on courses I can do to get a better salary package after doing MBA?

I will be completing Masters in management studies degree in 2016 and our college is just 5 yrs old, the placement officer has resigned & we students have to now search for ourselves. Hence, the placement scenario is very bad and no placement has happened since January 2016. Kindly help.
