What are some helpful tips for students starting their first year at Amity School of Engineering and Technology?

<p>Focus on your grades. Try to maintain a good CGPA from the start because it will be difficult to get it converted into a higher SGPA later on</p><p>Have good connections with colleagues, professors and the most importantly seniors from your course. They will give you pointers on what areas to focus on.</p><p>Participate in the extra curricular activities and fests. It is fun to organise events and will help you build stronger connections and also tell your future employers about your organisation skills.</p><p>Enjoy your time there. You may struggle a little to get used to doing things especially if you are living in a hostel, but don't forget to make the most of it there.</p>
