<p>Some helpful tips for students starting their first year are:</p><ul><li>Students should get some knowledge about the campus and the atmosphere of the campus.</li><li>They should be able to connect with others nicely.</li><li>Mainly they should interact with seniors and get ideas from them about academics.</li><li>Students should think about the planning of time table of day.</li><li>You have to score good CGPA in first year itself because the syllabus will be of 12th class, so please score a good CGPA.</li><li>From second year onwards the subjects will be some what difficult so that CGPA may decrease.</li><li>Should keep track of assignments and project works also.</li><li>Should participate in events actively and get integrated with everybody and make them good friends.</li><li>Try to Interact with faculty members also so that they will help you with projects.</li><li>There will be more time in first year so you can utilise that time for gaining skills. This is for all branches of students</li></ul>
