Explore yourself, there are many clubs in college you can join one of them. Participate in various activities and events. College gives you opportunities to showcase your talent in different fields. There is course called Communication skills in first year for your better communication skills and to increase your confidence.

Improve your communication skills as much as you can. Don't be afraid to talk. Although English is not only language to communicate but try to improve your English speaking skills. Also try to improve Marathi and Hindi communication skills. Try to get more and more marks in Class Test exams as they are easy than end sem exams. For knowledge and experience perspective participate in various college activities and clubs. Be a member of clubs available in college. After 2nd year try to get internships on your own basis as college is not going to help you to get internships. Do side hustle if you can.
