    1. Make good friends. Be there for people. And be with people who are there for you. Difficult to do, but it's essential. By the end of the first year, you will have a fair idea of what people are. Go for the good ones. People will eventually fade away unless held onto. It's incredible how much and how fast people can change
    2. It is okay to bunk lectures, but it is not at all okay to detain in the first year just because of attendance, so push yourself to those morning lectures.
