    The academic environment at this university will provide a wholesome experience and so, a fresher's job is to inculcate as many experiences/habits in him. Keep in touch with your school friends/ childhood friends, who knows you inside-out, it will give you unconditional support, keep you grounded and give you a better perspective to think. Try to participate in more events and participate in clubs as member. It will boost your social life and improve your social skills/habits.
