Some of the useful tips for students starting their first year at Glasgow University are:

    • Do not miss the fresher’s week. Also, there will be many student societies on-campus, so get involved as this would help in making friends
    • Try to be active, do exercises or join a gym
    • Do not miss out on any chance to travel around Scotland
    • If we talk about experiencing amusement in Glasgow, one can try an event called ‘pub crawl’
    • Study hard and utilize study space like library when the exams are near
