What are some helpful tips for students starting their first year at Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology?

<p>1) The first thing would be to keep your branchmates close but roommates closer.</p><p>2)The GPA matters, from a good study group, stay awat from showoffs.</p><p>3)If you want to change your branch then you have to be in top 5.</p><p>4) do not fall into mess/garden secretary trap. you won't earn much.</p><p>5)Assignments can be borrowed from seniors and they will always help you with your studies, but make sure you only talk to them for studies.</p><p>6)try to learn the local lanuage a little if you can.</p><p>7)try to attend college fests.</p>
