Mathematical Ability section of TSICET exam is divided into three sub sections, namely Arithmetical Ability, Algebraical and Geometrical Ability and Statistical Ability. These sections have a question weightage of 35:30:10. Some of the important topics included in all these sub sections are Statements and Truth Tables, Areas and Volumes, Powers and Exponents, Relations and Functions Surds, LCM and GDC, Modular Arithmetic and Partnership. Candidates preparing for all these sections based on the Class 12 level books will be able to fetch a good score in TSICET exam's Mathematical Ability section.

You can refer the following:Progressions, Binomial Theorem, Matrices, Notion of a limit and derivative; Lines, Triangles Quadrilaterals, Circles, Coordinate geometry. Statistical Ability will have questions from the following topics: Frequency distributions, Mean, Median, Mode, Standard Deviations, Correlations, Simple problems on Probability.
