What are some international colleges for computer science engineering which do not require taking SAT or TOEFL but just the board marks?

Also, it would be great if they don't charge the fee for application of admission?

Hello Archit, If you don't want to take SAT and TOEFL, then you have to do your best in your board exam. In UK and Germany, many universities don't need SAT exam for Indian student.
