Normally, these scholarships are given on the basis of merits and on performance in the entrance exam.</p><p>Government-sponsored scholarships are also available for students belonging to reserved categories (SC, ST, OBC) under various central and state government schemes promoting education for backward communities.&nbsp;<br><br>Aside from the above, the AAU also provides financial aid or even fee waivers to students in need of financial support. The application for these scholarships is done at the financial aid office of the university or during admission.</p>
