    If you’re 32 and already have a B.A., you can still build a good career in Hotel Management. People often think HM is only for 18–20-year-olds, but that’s not true. The industry values people who are responsible, well-spoken, and mature — and age actually helps in roles that deal directly with guests.

    To be honest, the starting phase might feel a little slow. But because you’re older and more stable than fresh-out-of-school students, you usually grow faster. Supervisors and managers prefer someone who understands responsibility.
