    Hey there,
    A recruiter would always look for an add ons put before him i.e. in your CV.
    Any course, Certificate course or Diploma or an LLM in company law would help you get a better placement offer and you shall fall within the priorities of recruiters.
    Also, having an additional Diploma degree makes you stand differently at any interviews.
    You could be a professor for company law at any university based on your LLM also.
    Moreover, an additional course would help you in getting through the Liquidator exam that UPSC conducts, as it becomes easy for you to clear it having a knowledge of company law in detail.
