What are the additional courses I can opt after Telecom engineering to enhance my skills?

Recently joined a Telecom vendor company, working on 3G project for Reliance & TATA, as quality engineer. Should I do some additional course in between my job to enhance my skills or its better to focus on my current job.

You should focus on your current job. After some experince you will understand your skills, strenghts and deficiencies. Then you will be better position to decide your future career directions and you will be able to decide course to do, accordingly.
