What are the additional things LPU is doing in MBA placements?

Dear Sameeksha, I always think about LPU when it comes to placements. LPU provides very good placement every year in all the programs. Almost more than 90% of students placed on campus at LPU. Moreover, more than 500+ companies visit LPU for recruitment including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Khimji Ramdas, Colgate, DSB Bank, Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which are placed. The maximum package for an MBA varies from 6 lacs. -21 lacs. Per annum. The best thing I like about LPU about placement is, they provide placement classes to all the students from the very first year who opt for the placement. With the help of this, they can prepare themselves for placements till the pre-final year because the companies will start visit for the recruitment of students from a pre-final year. Some of the students go for internships also in their final year. LPU received an Employability award by Aspiring Mind in 2020 for best placement Institute in India. University environment is very much decent with technical security. They also organize regular interaction one-on-one sessions with experts where one can discuss their views and share their doubts and problems. Lots of scholarships opportunities for deserving students, which will make pursuing an MBA at a very affordable cost. They give you a very good amount of training before you go into campus placements. Try not to miss those classes they will help you in getting better placements, after all, all we need is a decent place with good exposure. The highest Package offered - 22 LPA Impeccable placement records with more than 150 companies including ITC, Asian Paints, HDFC, Federal Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, Moodys Analytics, WNS Global etc. And so on recruiting MBA students on an yearly basis with the highest package in MBA at 21 Lacs Per Annum and on a average package will be 4LPA TO 6 LPA with nearly 90 % placement rates. LPU provides ample opportunities to its student. LPU is the best place for quality education as well as placements in all the programmes. LPU has a very good placement record in an MBA programme. One of my friends did MBA in HR at LPU and got placed in an MNC as an Executive HR. The best thing I liked about LPU about placement is, they provide placement classes to all the students from the very first year who opt for the placement. With the help of this, they can prepare themselves for placements till the pre-final year because the companies will start visiting for the recruitment of students from a pre-final year. Some of the students go for internships also in their final year. Also, in my view, I think you should not worry about the placements. If you work hard in the course and learn as much as you can, any company visiting the campus would be happy to hire you. However, you must not neglect to polish your communication skills as well, because companies will check that in their interviews. LPU provides plenty of opportunities to its students to take part in events, competitions, fests in order to let them grow their personality and give them a chance to polish their skills. The package depends on what the student can show to the recruiters that, how much he is worth or deserves. There were some students who cracked the placement and got offered 21 LPA, while many failed to do so. On average, the MBA students of LPU are offered and placed in the starting package of 4.5 TO 6 LPA (Fixed salary) while there may be cases of students getting less than that or more than that. Every year around 100-150 companies visit LPU to recruit MBAs.
