What are the admission and scholarship criteria for MBA in Marketing/HR from the best university with low B.Com marks?

I am pursuing CA ,so could't give attention to B.com.Now I want to pursue MBA in HR/Marketing from Germany/US.Please give me list of best university there admission requirement & scholarship details .I just scored 50% in mt B.com but I have ATC certificate issued by ICAI.I also have work experience.
