For admission to a graduate programme at UT, international students must have an equivalent 4-year bachelor’s degree. Those who have degrees from foreign institutions must have earned a minimum of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale on all undergraduate work and a minimum of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale on all graduate work.
