It is difficult to differentiate between the two jobs. They both have plenty of options.

These days a lot of crowd has moved towards B.Tech. B.Sc is just a differentiating degree but since agriculture is a rare option, you will find opportunities in B.Tech as well.

There is no any extra advantage because both courses are similar in study but little difference between B.Sc and B.Tech is that B.Tech is technical and B.Sc is a normal graduation degree.
