What are the advantages of pursuing a PG course in teaching? Should I opt for higher studies or pursue a job after completing NTT and why?

By doing nursery teacher training candidates can get jobs in schools for teaching small children. They get jobs either in government schools or private schools and salary also depends upon these schools. If the candidate is not getting a job then they can do PG to get a job easily. So after completing NTT course if you are unhappy with your job then you can proceed with a PG course.
Candidates can also do this course without discontinuing their jobs through distance learning. -

This is the dilemma many of us face when reaching a cross road in our life or career.
You have done Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), right? Now want to know whether to take up a job or pursue Post Graduation Course in teaching (M.Ed). M.Ed is done by many students without understanding its true impact. If one has an interest in dynamics of teaching, its varied nature, its capacity to impact many lives then, of course, M.Ed followed by research would be wonderful. Otherwise also, for taking up lecturership in a college B.Ed, M.Ed is very much desirable.
