Hi Nira,
As far as advantage of being a Sales Tax consultant concerns, you need to have proper qualification which is:
1. CA/ CMA + LLB preferred.
It gives you good money but you really need to work hard to build rapport, learn skills and ability to negotiate well with client as well as Government
