What are the AICTE guide line if a student can not continue the course on health ground ? Can college refuse to give original certificate

hi rk kedia, its depends on situation well according to my past knlodge..a student who not wish to study in the college after taking 2 week or 3 week.. classes its possible to withdraw the admsn..little amount deducated..and refund made in next 30 days... you should check http://www.aicte-india.org
