Hello Ranjan,
After doing B.Sc in chemistry, botany and zoology, you can pursue M.Sc in any of these subjects. You can also think of doing your B.Ed; which will make you eligible for teaching in high schools. The options are vast and many. Once your post graduation is done prepare well for you NET/JRF/SLET; qualifying which will make you eligible for lectureship. After B.Ed, if you also do your M.Ed, you will be eligible for teacher training institutes. You can also think of studying genetics or other super specialized fields like plant anatomy, physiology, floriculture, neurobiology, biotechnology and biochemistry. -

I will suggest you to go for M.Sc after your graduation. After completing, you can appear in CSIR NET exam.

This will be the best option for you as after clearing this exam you can work as a lecturer in various govt. as well as private colleges and universities.
