    LPU offers aerospace engineering and the eligibility for it is pass in 12th with 60% aggregate marks and physics, mathematics and English as compulsory subjects or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU-NEST or JEE Main or incase marks scored in 10+2 are 90% or above, then LPU-NEST or JEE Main will be exempted and candidate may apply for admission. The fee per semester is 94,500 and they also offer a good scholarship to students on different criteria. For more details, check their website or contact them.

    After inquiring from the admission counsellors, I came to know that the course is designed for learners who intend to design aircraft, spacecraft, satellites and missiles. In addition, these engineers test prototypes to make sure that they function according to plans.     Dear Vethika, Being an alumnus of LPU, I can tell you about the B.Tech in Aerospace engineering eligibility criteria. My cousin sister is also studying in the same programme. To the best of my knowledge, you should have a minimum of 60% marks in the 12th class with mandatory subjects English . Maths and Physics.     As per eligibility of this course in LPU, a candidate must have 60% aggregate marks in +2 PCM with English. Due to COVID-19, LPU supports admission to his students by online mode with certain changes in process.   • Dear Vethika,Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) to get a seat in aerospace is to pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU-NEST. For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium. (5% relaxation to North East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defense Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmir Migrants).
    Admission Criteria is Merit in qualifying examination, subject to eligibility criteria.
