What are the basic requirements to get full scholarship for pursuing MS and Ph.D in civil engineering in USA?

For MS, it is quite difficult, you can get up to 70% scholarship. If you face any problem, then you can take loan from the university. You can opt for multiple scholarship options, but it is not easy to qualify in every scholarship program.

It is Quite difficult to get full scholarship but still to get maximum scholarship you should score very high in GRE,GMAT and if you have given SAT beforehand with good score it will be more beneficial .
