Hi, Start solving physics questions from a refresher by focusing on the concept and understanding the formulae. Then, solve the NCERT questions and previous years. You have to practice hard for the numerical. You can use help from a coaching or YouTube, etc.

Before you kick start the JEE Main preparation for physics just make sure that you are following the latest syllabus or else you cannot start the preparation.
