    Hi Siddharth,
The basics you need to learn is:
    1. Accounts
    2. Taxation
    3. Commerce terminologies
    4. MS Excel
    5. Statistics
Although in first and 2nd semester, they will cover the basics then from 2nd year onwards you will learn the specialization subjects in depth.

Hi, you will learn basics in first semester of MBA. So, you no need to learn any basics. And, if you are interested to learn those just go through accounting, statistics, and mathematics (optional) subjects.
