    Before answering your query, let me state that there is a huge dearth of effective human resource professionals in India. Making a career in human resources requires specialized skills. You need a background in psychology or sociology. Apart from this, you have to be born with innate skills to be successful. Drawing from my work experience of 20 years at senior levels, I firmly believe HR professionals are born and not made. Kindly, give it lot of thought before making your final decision.
