There is no benefit until and unless you have done it from a very reputed college with updated course curriculum and hand on Experience, Great infrastructure and ties up like SAP, Google, Bloomberg, etc. My personal suggestion would be- Don't do MBA just after the B.Com. Work for few years and prepare for CAT or GMAT for having a great future ahead. Pursue MBA from a reputed college only. Otherwise, money will be wasted. You can try course of financial controller, there are lot of jobs available for this profile.

MBA can help you sharpen your skills in business management and thus assist you in the professional career. However keeping you interest areas in mind you need to decide what you need to do from a career perspective. The chances of doing well in a career of ones interest areas are much higher.

MBA after any undergrad degree widens your horizons in relation to employment. Having a B.Com degree, today in this highly competitive world is nothing, but a mere piece of paper. In order to increase one's knowledge and employability various courses are available that can be done along with B.Com like CA CS etc. MBA is also one of the option. A degree from reputed A-listed (IIMS) MBA institute would help you get a lucrative job and would serve as great boost for your future plans in management field.

The only benefit you will have is that you will be familiar with some basic concept in Accounting that will help you in MBA. Other than that there is not much benefit.
