    The benefits are that your analytical ability increases, you are able to appraise the probelm well and are able to evaluate the alternative solutions to the problem. And this goes a long way Nikhil in your work success as a Manager. However, management skills are also inbuilt. If you have them then you might not actually require MBA for success in your job. The problem in doing MBA soon after your B.Tech is that you tend to lose the technical skills. At a younger age an engineers also needs to solve technical problems. With MBA you get more inclined to facilitate solving the problem through your team rather then getting into the act yo
